Objective: Approach the vulnerability factors that have caused or enhanced the loss of citizen action and participation in urban regeneration projects. Design, structure and produce a conceptual and referential framework for urban regeneration with a southern perspective of human growing.
South conception is nothing but a political and not a geographical position, the comparison between two projects, one from Europe, another from Latin America with similar social intersections, allows us to reflect on the center of social thought. How to explain the muffled voice of need justifying the geographical location? With the heart in the construction of a concept of citizenship that does not displace poverty, but regenerates the neighborhood to improve the quality of life, to discover what unites us, identifies and what takes us to the future loaded with history and memories, two projects are compared.
